PRIVACY & DATA

Your sourcing information.

Last updated October 1, 2026.

Who operates this platform

Natural Stone Exchange is operated as an independent natural stone sourcing platform. This notice explains how information submitted through the buyer sourcing and supplier inventory forms is used.

What we collect

We store the company and contact details you provide, along with product requirements, volume, specifications, delivery destination, timing, purchasing frequency, and any additional information in your inquiry. Supplier submissions also include available inventory, its location, readiness to ship, phone number, and any optional contact or lot details. Each request has a reference number and an internal status. To limit spam, supplier submissions store a hashed network address alongside submission timestamps.

How the information is used

We use buyer requests and supplier submissions to assess sourcing needs and available inventory, organize follow-up, and share relevant details with a stone supplier. Supplier submissions and contact details are private and are not automatically published as inventory listings. The form asks for your consent before submission. Do not include sensitive tax identifiers, bank details, or confidential documents in the form.

Broker follow-up

A broker receiving the request may contact you to discuss suitability, availability, prices, and commercial terms. The broker’s handling of your information may also be subject to its own privacy practices.

Administrative Gmail connection

An authorized administrator may connect a Gmail account to send reviewed leads and PDF briefs to a broker. Google authorization grants permission to send mail and identify the sending account; this feature does not read the Gmail inbox. Access tokens remain in temporary memory and are not stored in the platform database. The platform records the sender, recipient, message, attachment filename, and delivery status for follow-up. Administrators can disconnect Gmail from the email composer or revoke access in their Google account. Removing an inquiry also removes its platform email record; messages already sent remain with the sender and recipient.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the platform database. Administration is restricted to authorized platform staff. Inquiry records are retained to manage requests and attribution; the operator can remove a record when it is no longer needed.

Requests about your data

To request access, correction, or removal of your inquiry, contact AdvGuides, LLC through the contact channel used for your sourcing follow-up, including your request reference. If you have not received a follow-up, use the sourcing form and identify your request as a data inquiry in the additional details.

Site functionality

The application uses essential browser functionality for navigation and form interactions. The administrative workspace uses ChatGPT sign-in. The buyer and supplier forms do not require an account, and their inputs are not saved in browser storage.
